Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi) is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, providing software services since 2001 to clients in the USA, England, New Zealand, Asia and Africa, with 280+ employees. Its projects include nationwide primary and secondary education ERP solutions for the Bangladesh Government, a Higher Education Management System running in 400+ US universities and a banking compliance system running in 200+ US financial institutions. DSi is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our portfolio of international and local government projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in database systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of large-scale database environments.

দায়িত্ব

• Design, implement, and maintain database systems across MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Object Storage, Caching DB, Analytics DB, and similar platforms.
• Plan and execute database migrations with minimal downtime and data integrity intact.
• Monitor, tune, and optimize database performance to support business-critical applications.
• Develop and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement and enforce database security best practices, including access controls and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and scale large, complex database environments to support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, and business units) to align database solutions with business needs.
• Document database architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

যোগ্যতা

• Practical, hands-on experience across MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Object Storage, Caching DB, Analytics DB, and similar database systems.
• Proven expertise in database design, implementation, migration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of database backup and recovery procedures.
• Solid experience in database security, performance tuning, and large-scale database management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience in database administration.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Database Administrator or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
