The Data Analyst under the MRM Unit will strengthen SAJIDA Foundation's capacity to manage, analyse, interpret and use programme data for evidence-based decision-making. The position supports the MRM team and Development Programs in data management, statistical analysis, visualisation, assessments and reporting, while contributing to data quality, MRM system strengthening and organisational learning. The job is full-time, based in Dhaka with frequent field travel. Candidates apply through the SAJIDA career portal.

দায়িত্ব

• Support implementation and maintenance of the project MRM/MEAL framework, including indicators, data collection methods and reporting requirements
• Design and update data collection tools, monitoring templates and reporting instruments
• Ensure consistent data collection standards and data disaggregation across project locations
• Build the capacity of project staff and partners on MRM/MEAL tools, systems and reporting
• Coordinate routine monitoring and ensure timely collection, verification and consolidation of project data
• Maintain project databases and ensure accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and integrity of data
• Conduct data quality assessments and verification exercises
• Produce regular monitoring reports, dashboards and performance analyses
• Lead and support baseline assessments, organisational capacity assessments and surveys
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data and prepare assessment reports and findings
• Support project evaluations, reviews and learning exercises and submit MRM inputs for reports on time
• Give technical support and mentoring to project staff and partners on monitoring, data management and accountability systems
• Coordinate with programme, finance and operations staff to integrate MEAL processes into project implementation

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, International Development, Research Methods, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum three years of relevant MEAL/MRM experience in NGOs, international organisations or development programmes
• Demonstrated experience supporting the design and implementation of MEAL systems
• Experience with organisational capacity assessments, surveys, evaluations and data collection methods
• Experience contributing to donor reporting and results-based management
• Experience with accountability and beneficiary feedback mechanisms is highly desirable
• Experience with digital data collection platforms such as KoBoToolbox or ODK
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SPSS, STATA, Power BI, R or similar is an asset
• Strong report writing, presentation and data visualisation skills
