We are an established ecommerce-based business based out of the US. We are looking to hire resources capable of making a positive and effective contribution to the growth of our business. As part of the Customer Service team, you will interact with US-based customers via phone and written communication.

দায়িত্ব

• Interact with customers based in the US via phone and/or written communication to answer queries or comply with requests
• Accept orders for auto parts and properly input order details into the system
• Resolve any issues reported by customers in a timely manner
• Maintain effective communication with customers to increase sales and resolve issues
• Follow up with customers to maintain maximum possible turnover of inventory
• Prepare necessary reports as instructed by the supervising officer

যোগ্যতা

• Strong fluency in spoken and written English (O & A-Level background preferred)
• Ability to build good rapport with customers through effective communication
• High problem solving aptitude
• Dedication toward delivering high quality customer service
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel
• Must be willing to work night shifts (9 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline a plus but not mandatory
