Customer Support Executive – E-commerce

Parts Generation Limited is an automotive e-commerce company offering vehicle parts, lubricants and accessories. We are looking for a responsible Customer Support Executive to help customers choose suitable products, manage order communication and resolve service issues. You will coordinate with our product, procurement, inventory and delivery teams to keep customers informed from their first inquiry through after-sales support.

Location: Rampura, Dhaka. Employment: Full-time, on-site. Monthly salary: BDT 15,000–20,000, based on skills and experience.

Experience and education: customer support, call centre, online sales or e-commerce experience is an advantage; candidates with one year or more of relevant experience are especially welcome; freshers are encouraged to apply. A completed university degree is not mandatory; university dropouts and candidates with incomplete degrees are welcome to apply.

How performance will be assessed: accuracy of customer and order information; timely responses and follow-ups; quality of complaint handling; clear coordination with internal teams; customer satisfaction and responsible sales support.

দায়িত্ব

• Answer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp, Facebook, website and email inquiries through assigned channels
• Explain product information, prices, availability, payment options and delivery policies accurately
• Follow up on inquiries and help customers place orders without making unsupported promises
• Collect the customer's vehicle brand, model, year, chassis/VIN and required part details when relevant
• Coordinate with the product or technical team to confirm fitment before recommending uncertain applications
• Record product requests and customer requirements clearly
• Confirm ordered items, quantities, customer contact details, delivery addresses and payment methods
• Create or update orders in the company system and maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate approved order changes, cancellations and special instructions with the relevant team
• Check availability with inventory and procurement teams
• Communicate realistic delivery updates and promptly inform customers about delays or unavailable items
• Follow up with delivery partners on pending, unsuccessful or disputed deliveries
• Escalate payment-verification issues to accounts
• Document complaints professionally with supporting photos and order details
• Coordinate return, replacement and refund requests according to company policy and approval procedures
• Track unresolved cases until completion and keep customers updated
• Escalate technical, safety-related or complex issues to the appropriate person
• Conduct assigned post-delivery follow-ups and request honest customer feedback
• Recommend relevant products or services based on verified customer needs
• Maintain daily updates on pending orders, complaints, follow-ups and recurring issues
• Protect customer information and use company-approved communication channels

যোগ্যতা

• Clear spoken and written Bangla, with basic English communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, email and online platforms
• Ability to learn CRM and order-management software
• Patience, accuracy and a professional approach to difficult conversations
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow tasks through to completion
• Willingness to learn automotive product terminology and compatibility requirements
• Customer support, call centre, online sales or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• One year or more of relevant experience especially welcome; freshers are encouraged to apply
• A completed university degree is not mandatory
