Populate (www.populateemr.com) is a fast-growing software startup that makes software for doctors working in private practices, serving the largest and most exciting category of healthcare (Musculoskeletal specialties). Its mission is to allow doctors to spend their time with patients instead of documentation. Populate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join the team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customers are successful using the company's EMR software, working closely with the sales and development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

দায়িত্ব

• Onboard new customers and provide training on the EMR software
• Act as a point of contact for customers and provide ongoing support
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Build a 'how-to' video library for customers to help themselves
• Provide feedback to the development team on customer needs and software improvements
• Work with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote customer retention
• Ensure customer satisfaction and success with the software

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• 3+ years of experience in a customer success role preferred
