YunBaby Bangladesh is the authorized distributor of premium baby care products, offering authentic, safe, and innovative products trusted by parents worldwide. It is looking for a proactive, creative, and responsible Customer Service & Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage customer interactions, support online sales, coordinate daily operations, and assist with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing activities. Location: in-office, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Job type: full time.

দায়িত্ব

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels, providing accurate product information, handling complaints, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Manage daily online orders, follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales, track deliveries, and coordinate with courier partners and warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, stock availability, inventory records, and promotional offers across the company website and other online sales channels.
• Manage daily social media activities, including publishing posts, stories, reels, promotional content, responding to comments, and engaging with online communities.
• Create basic marketing materials such as product graphics, promotional banners, captions, and social media posts using Canva or similar tools, and edit short videos and reels using CapCut or other video editing software.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns, product promotions, product launches, audience research, and monitoring basic campaign performance.
• Support Facebook Live sessions, product demonstrations, photography, video shoots, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and online sales.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily or weekly reports on sales, orders, customer inquiries, delivery status, and social media performance while supporting other operational tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a university degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in Bangla; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of online sales, customer service, eCommerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast paced environment.
