foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's pioneering local delivery platform. foodpanda Bangladesh is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent in Dhaka to understand tickets/cases and solve customer issues, manage SLA and average handling time, follow the order processing system and internal tools, and meet quality targets. The role involves working 6 days a week, 6 hours per day, in different shifts (day/night).

দায়িত্ব

• Understand tickets/cases and solve customer issues
• Manage SLA and average handling time through quick understanding
• Follow the order processing system and internal tools
• Meet quality targets while maintaining SLA
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead / Supervisor

যোগ্যতা

• Successfully completed HSC/A levels, or a current undergraduate student
• Good typing skills: typing speed 30-50 words per minute
• Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts (day/night)
• Strong communication skills
• Dynamic, a doer, and able to adapt constantly to many changes
