We have established a for-hire trucking business based out of the US. For-hire trucking serves a crucial role by fulfilling the never-ending supply chain needs of the US and therefore offers huge potential for growth. We are looking to build a team of capable resources to support the growth of our for-hire trucking business.

দায়িত্ব

• Search for ideal loads on a daily basis (training provided)
• Communicate via phone and email with brokers to evaluate and negotiate the best terms and rate for the load
• Communicate with drivers to plan delivery of loads and ensure truck parking on a daily basis
• Follow up with drivers to ensure strict adherence to planned schedule
• Ensure regulation compliance (driver duty hours, DVIR, etc.)
• Monitor load route and ELD reporting
• Arrange necessary help for drivers in case of mishaps (e.g. tire replacement, tow, road recovery)
• Prepare reports as instructed by supervisor

যোগ্যতা

• Must be fluent in English (O & A-Level background preferred)
• Must be an effective communicator in both spoken and written formats
• Must be good at negotiating and problem solving
• Must be willing to work night shifts (US Eastern Time)
• Work experience in a similar field preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline preferred but not mandatory
