Bahrain Surf Park is hiring a Creative Manager to lead its visual and creative direction while supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. The role combines creative execution (design, branding, content briefing) with marketing strategy (planning, campaign coordination, audience targeting), oversees the visual identity and creative assets, and manages the Video Content Creator and other creatives so the brand is consistent across all platforms.

• Lead design, layout and branding for digital, social media, print, signage, events and merchandise
• Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns with the Head of Marketing & Communications
• Turn marketing objectives into clear creative briefs for internal and external production
• Review and approve design and marketing materials before release
• Lead and mentor the creative team and oversee the Video Content Creator's output
• Manage creative assets and keep visual consistency across touchpoints
• Support marketing reporting, performance tracking and content scheduling
• Support events, sponsorship visuals and CSR/PR initiatives
• Plan creative budgets, produce content in-house where possible, and manage printers and creative vendors

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand management or art direction
• Experience leading small creative teams or managing projects across design and marketing
• Understanding of content strategy, digital marketing and social media storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Strong brand strategy, visual storytelling and leadership skills
• Ability to link creative output to business KPIs and manage multiple projects under pressure
