GTATION, a digital marketing agency based in Uttara, Dhaka, is looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate *Creative Content Executive* to join our team.

Job Details :

- Position: Creative Content Executive

- Vacancy: 01

- Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh

- Workplace: On-site

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Salary: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities :

Content Planning & Creative Development

- Develop engaging content ideas, concepts, and scripts for social media campaigns.

- Research social media trends, audience interests, and competitor activities.

- Plan creative content for Reels, promotional videos, and brand storytelling.

Photography & Videography

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, services, events, and promotional campaigns.

- Organise and execute indoor and outdoor content shoots.

- Maintain appropriate lighting, framing, composition, and brand consistency.

Video Production & Creative Execution

- Develop and produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

- Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to deliver creative content.

- Support content production, basic video editing, and quality reviews.

Team Collaboration & Communication

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients during content planning and production.

- Manage shooting schedules, creative assignments, and project deadlines.

- Support on-camera promotional content when required and mutually agreed upon.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing, Media, or Communications background preferred.

- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in content creation, photography, or videography.

- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content-planning abilities.

- Practical knowledge of smartphone or camera-based photography and videography.

- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools.

- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.

- Effective communication skills in Bangla and working knowledge of English.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.

Additional Advantages:

Experience in digital marketing agencies, promotional video production, on-camera presentation, or multi-brand content creation will be an advantage.
