The role leads and supports teaching, learning, and assessment on teacher training programmes, with a focus on SEND, inclusion, and adaptive teaching. The post-holder works with Heads of Delivery, programme teams, partnership schools, and external stakeholders, and contributes to the strategic development of SEND across teacher education. NITE is a provider of postgraduate and undergraduate degrees, training, and professional development for teaching assistants, teachers, and school and college leaders. Permanent, full time. দায়িত্ব

• Lead and support high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across teacher training programmes
• Develop and embed inclusive practice, helping trainees meet the needs of all learners
• Contribute to curriculum design, quality assurance, and SEND provision in line with legislation, research, and national priorities
• Build professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and partner schools
• Align work with NITE's strategic priorities, the DfE ITT criteria, and the NITE training curriculum
• Contribute to the strategic development of SEND across teacher education programmes

যোগ্যতা

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience of teaching and leading in specialist settings
• A good honours degree
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
• Confidence working with and presenting to a wide range of professionals
• Experience of mentoring, coaching, or teaching fellow professionals
• Subject to an enhanced DBS check
