Digitec Innovation is hiring a Content Writer and Video Editor (AI) to make realistic storytelling films, reels and campaign images for Viisi Studio. The person turns the founder's direction into a monthly content plan with concepts, scripts, shot lists and storyboards; produces storytelling films, Instagram reels and campaign stills (on-model, lifestyle and product) using AI models and scenes; places real products into AI scenes and matches light, reflections, gold colour and size on skin; checks every frame against the product photos; finishes the edit with pacing, colour grading and sound design; and delivers platform-ready content for Instagram and Facebook (reels, stories, feed posts and carousels) in the right sizes, with a strong hook in the first 2 seconds. Hiring process: portfolio review, a paid test (three concept ideas, a shot list for one of them and a 10-15 second reel from two real product photos), then an interview. Candidates send their portfolio by email.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Create videos from raw footage according to the given concept, script and brand guidelines
• Use AI tools to create promotional content, reels, shorts, animations and other digital content
• Use AI-generated images, voiceovers, animations and visual effects in video production
• Perform video cutting, colour correction, sound mixing, transitions, subtitles, text animation and visual effects
• Create both short-form and long-form video content as required
• Turn the founder's direction into a monthly content plan: concepts, scripts, shot lists and storyboards
• Place real products into AI scenes, matching light, reflections, gold colour and size on skin
• Check every frame against the product photos and fix any drift by hand
• Finish everything in the edit: pacing, colour grading and sound design
• Deliver platform-ready content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed posts, carousels) and Facebook in sizes 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, with a strong hook in the first 2 seconds
• Check what performs on Instagram and Facebook and use it to shape the next month's plan
• Keep one consistent look across all content, following brand rules
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team and complete assigned projects within deadlines, making revisions based on feedback

• Proof you can keep a real product accurate in AI video (jewellery, watch or beauty work is best)
• Planning skill: able to show the script, shot list or storyboard behind a finished piece
• Taste for premium, realistic work; a portfolio that looks like brand ads, not AI art
• Knowledge of what works on Instagram and Facebook: hooks, pacing, trends and formats
• Strong retouching and compositing in Photoshop, After Effects or similar
• Strong editing and colour grading in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Hands-on use of AI image and video tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Higgsfield, Nano Banana or Midjourney
• Ability to manage own work remotely, meet deadlines, flag problems early and take feedback well
• Nice to have: basic 3D (Blender or Cinema 4D), consistent AI model faces across content, jewellery photography or retouching background, a feel for young buyers in Bangladesh, knowledge of Meta's AI labelling rules
