Dubotech is expanding and is looking for a Content Designer to join its growing team. Work schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Salary: negotiable, based on skills and experience. The role creates visual content, motion graphics and video for Dubotech's brand, products and technologies, working closely with hardware, software and AI engineers. Dubotech places more emphasis on demonstrated ability than certificates and evaluates applicants on their portfolio, showreel and overall visual quality; their creative thinking, storytelling and ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals; and their willingness to learn, improve through feedback and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.

দায়িত্ব

• Create visual content for Dubotech's brand, products and technologies, including brochures, company profiles, product catalogues, marketing materials and client presentations
• Design graphics for the website, social media, posters, banners, exhibitions and other print and digital channels
• Work with engineering, product and marketing teams to turn technical information into clear, engaging visual stories
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and develop reusable templates for print and digital materials
• Use AI tools to support creative ideas, image generation and editing, visual exploration and content production, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and quality
• Prepare final print-ready and digital files, organize design assets and support the content calendar to deliver projects on time
• Improve visual quality through feedback, iteration and relevant design trends
• Create motion graphics, animations and visual explainers for Dubotech's products and technologies
• Edit and produce product demos, field-test videos, event coverage, promotional videos and short-form content

যোগ্যতা

• Practical experience in graphic design, branding or marketing content creation is preferred, supported by a portfolio of real projects
• A relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, CSE, Mass Communication or a related field is welcome; demonstrated skills and equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Strong design sense, with a good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition and visual hierarchy
• Sound working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Canva, along with Photoshop and other relevant design tools; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Knowledge of video editing, including cutting, color correction, subtitles and exports for different platforms; working familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools is important
• Comfort using AI tools in creative workflows and the ability to review, refine and adapt their outputs
• The ability to understand a brief, work independently, respond to feedback and meet deadlines, with clear communication and attention to detail
• A design portfolio (link or PDF) including 2-3 branding projects is required with the application
• A short video (maximum 5 minutes, shared as a Google Drive or YouTube link) covering your educational and professional background, your creative process, a challenging project you solved, and links to your portfolio or showreel
• Bonus: experience designing and publishing digital books, company profiles or product catalogues; content for technical, industrial, defense or robotics products; Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D rendering tools; photography, videography or on-site shooting (product demos, drone or underwater footage); startup, product company or creative agency experience
