VerbaCall provides businesses with an AI-powered voice agent that answers calls, qualifies leads and books appointments around the clock. The Content and Social Media Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping VerbaCall's voice across digital channels: managing social media accounts, planning and executing content calendars, and creating written and visual content that promotes the brand and educates potential customers. The role works with the marketing and product teams to support lead generation, highlight product features and keep messaging consistent across platforms, while staying current with trends in AI, SaaS and social media.

• Create articles, blog posts, emails, images and video content, AI-assisted but creatively and editorially owned
• Run a consistent content calendar across multiple projects at once
• Do keyword research, on-page optimization and off-page work such as backlink outreach as part of all writing
• Run all VerbaCall social channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram): strategy, content, scheduling and engagement, adapted per platform
• Research, plan and deploy new lead-generation channels such as webinars, shoutouts and collaborations with associations and groups
• Build and send email marketing campaigns
• Tie every effort back to leads and new users, not just traffic or followers

যোগ্যতা

• 5+ years in content marketing with a portfolio of shipped work across articles, email, social and visual/video
• Strong writing across blog, email and social, with SEO built into what you write
• Creative and data-driven: generates ideas and uses data to decide what to keep, cut or scale
• Fast output across multiple concurrent projects
• Growth mindset and comfortable learning on the job
• Uses AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) day to day
• Fluent, professional English for direct work with North American stakeholders
