Construction Management Specialist

We are currently looking for a Construction Management Specialist who will support the effective implementation and supervision of project activities in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

দায়িত্ব

• Full responsibility for overall implementation and management of the contracts under the project between Employer & the Contractors.
• Provide advice and direction to the technical groups of the multi-disciplinary team of the Consultant.
• Prepare project plan, schedules and time framework and publications of reports.
• Coordinate Employer, Contractor and Consultant interfaces
• Monitor scope, cost, quality, progress and compliance
• Manage claims, variations, EOTs and other contractual matters

যোগ্যতা

• He/she should have bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Preferably master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• He/she should have about 12 years international management experience and sufficient experience in the field of contract management.
• He/she should have working experience as Team Leader in minimum 5 projects among which at least 2 assignments of similar EPC/ Trunkey or FIDIC Silver book projects.
