The Office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Withholding Tax Management Unit (WTMU), Anjuman JR Tower (11th and 12th floors), 42 Anjuman Mufidul Islam Road, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000, is recruiting for 4 categories of vacant posts (Grade 13 to Grade 20) on a temporary basis, as approved by the Ministry of Finance, Internal Resources Division (reference 08.01.0000.534.001.11.0001.26.583, dated 8 October 2026). This notice is for 1 post of Computer Operator (Grade 13, National Pay Scale 2026: Tk 24,000 - 58,000). Applications are accepted online at https://wtmu.teletalk.com.bd from 15 October 2026 (10:00 AM) to 4 November 2026 (5:00 PM). Age must be 18 to 32 years as of 1 October 2026 (affidavits are not accepted as proof of age). Government, semi-government and autonomous employees must apply with employer permission; tax-department employees must select the Departmental Candidate option and bring a No-Objection letter to the oral test. A written test, Standard Aptitude Test and oral test will be held under the government computer personnel recruitment rules, 2019. Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from the district Civil Surgeon and a character check will be done. The authority may change the number of posts and its recruitment decisions are final. No TA/DA is paid for the tests. Fee: Tk 100 plus Teletalk service charge Tk 12 (Tk 112 in total) (paid by two SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number within 72 hours of submitting the form; the application is not valid until the fee is paid). • Bachelor (honours) degree in Science from a recognised university
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute in Bangla and 30 words per minute in English
• Must pass the Standard Aptitude Test
• Age 18 to 32 years as of 1 October 2026
• Genuine permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh
• Government/semi-government/autonomous employees must apply with employer permission; departmental candidates carry a No-Objection letter to the oral test
