GlobEx Education, an international education consultancy in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, is looking for a detail-driven Compliance Officer with strong expertise in credibility interviews, application compliance and multi-destination student recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing applicant credibility, identifying compliance risks and maintaining high-quality application and visa standards. দায়িত্ব

• Conduct credibility interviews as assigned by the Admissions & Compliance Manager
• Assess applicants' preparedness, credibility, and potential compliance concerns
• Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance SOPs
• Identify application risks and implement quality-control measures
• Collaborate with counselors, admissions teams and management to strengthen operational quality
• Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare relevant reports

যোগ্যতা

• 2+ years' experience in student recruitment compliance at a reputable consultancy
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Strong knowledge of UK, Australian, Canadian and NZ admissions and compliance
• In-depth understanding of UKVI regulations, Australian Genuine Student requirements, and Canadian/NZ visa policies
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail and risk-assessment capabilities
