Commercial Head - Maintenance Contracts

KBR is looking for a Commercial Head to manage all activities for contracting maintenance work through contractors, including developing scopes of work, completing documentation, defining prospective bidders, calling for tenders and awarding contracts for the Maintenance Department at a Jubail petrochemical plant.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the Petrochemical plant.
• To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts
• To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.
• To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.
• To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI’s are included in all Maintenance Contractors performance.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor’s degree Finance
• Minimum 8+years’ work related experience.
• Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities. Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
