Topstar Technology and Innovation Limited, a growing Real Estate and Property Development Company, is urgently seeking a highly competent, experienced, hardworking, dynamic, and result-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead, oversee and manage the day-to-day business operations, project execution, sales growth, property development, asset performance and efficient accomplishment of the organization's activities. The COO will ensure smooth execution of all business functions, coordinate activities across departments, monitor operational performance, and ensure organizational goals are achieved efficiently and effectively, taking ownership of daily operations with minimal supervision from Management. দায়িত্ব

• Lead and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the company
• Direct financial planning, P&L and annual operation budget
• Prepare and design business plans, manage efficient scale operations, and drive revenue goals
• Ensure smooth coordination among Real Estate Development, Engineering, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Land, Legal, Finance, and HR & Administration functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies, business plans, policies, and performance objectives
• Oversee construction and development projects to ensure completion within approved budgets, timelines, quality, and compliance standards
• Lead business development initiatives, land acquisition activities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion programs
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance requirements, and risk management practices
• Represent the company before government authorities, financial institutions, investors, landowners, and business partners
• Prepare and submit periodic operational and management reports to the Board of Directors and Management

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, plus BBA/MBA from a reputed university
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, infrastructure, or engineering highly preferred
• Proven track record of managing multiple business functions and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, coordination, operational management, and team management capabilities
• Excellent command of both Bangla and English
• High level of integrity, professionalism, ownership, and accountability
