The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Narail is recruiting 2 Certificate Assistant posts at the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Narail and the offices of the Upazila Nirbahi Officers (Grade-16, national pay scale 2026: Tk 21,900 - 52,900) from permanent residents of Narail district. These posts are in the Establishment Branch of the DC office, on a temporary basis.

The required qualification is Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent pass. Candidates must be 18 to 32 years old on 1 November 2026. Selection is by a written exam and a viva, with further tests where applicable (the circular names the exam rules by clause).

Applications are online only at dcnarail.teletalk.com.bd, from 1 November 2026 (9:00 AM) to 22 November 2026 (4:00 PM). The exam fee is Tk 112 (Tk 100 exam fee plus Tk 12 Teletalk service charge); Tk 56 for small ethnic group, physically challenged and third gender candidates, paid by SMS to Teletalk (not to JobBangla) within 72 hours of submitting the form. যোগ্যতা

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent pass from a recognised board
• Skilled in computer operation, with minimum computer typing speed of 20 words per minute in Bangla and 20 words per minute in English, and proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software
• Must pass the selection exam held under the circular
• Bangladeshi citizen by birth and permanent resident of Narail district; married women must give their husband's permanent address
• Age 18 to 32 years as of 1 November 2026
• Use a recent colour photograph taken within one month before applying
• At the viva, bring the original and a copy of all educational certificates and experience certificates (if any), a character certificate from a gazetted officer of at least Grade 9, a citizenship certificate from the union parishad chairman or municipality administrator, the National ID or birth registration, a signed copy of the downloaded Applicant Copy and the admit card
• Freedom fighter quota applicants must attach the freedom fighter certificate of their father or mother, attested by a gazetted officer of Grade 9, and a testimonial from the union parishad chairman or municipality administrator stating the relationship; small ethnic group, physically challenged and third gender candidates must attach a suitable certificate
• Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel with their authority's permission and show the permission letter at the viva
• Exam fee: Tk 112 (Tk 100 exam fee plus Tk 12 Teletalk service charge); Tk 56 for small ethnic group, physically challenged and third gender candidates
• Online applications open 1 November 2026, 9:00 AM and close 22 November 2026, 4:00 PM (Bangladesh time); applications are accepted only online
• Upload a colour photo (300x300 px, max 100 KB) and signature (300x80 px, max 60 KB) with the online form
• The application is not accepted until the exam fee is paid by two SMS messages from a Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of submitting the form
• Applications with false, wrong or incomplete information are cancelled; if documents or information are found false at any stage, even after appointment, candidature or appointment is cancelled and legal and administrative action is taken
• No TA/DA is paid for taking the selection exam
• Recruitment follows the District Administrator and Upazila Nirbahi Officer's Office Employees Recruitment Rules 2020 (latest amendment 2024)
• Lobbying is treated as a disqualification, and the authority may change, add to, reduce or cancel the terms of the circular without giving a reason
