Rajshahi Development Authority (RDA) is recruiting 18 staff across 12 categories: Cashier (Grade 14, 1 post, Tk. 23,500-56,800, Bachelor's degree); Draftsman (Grade 15, 2 posts, Tk. 22,800-55,200, HSC plus a 2-year Civil Drafting certificate); Office Assistant/Computer Typist (Grade 16, 2 posts, Tk. 21,900-52,900, HSC plus typing speed Bengali 20wpm/English 28wpm); Accounts Assistant (Grade 16, 1 post, Tk. 21,900-52,900, HSC Commerce); Surveyor (3 posts, Tk. 21,900-52,900, SSC plus a 2-year Survey certificate, 3 years' experience preferred); Driver Heavy (Grade 15, 1 post, Tk. 22,800-55,200, class 8 plus valid license and 3 years' heavy-vehicle experience); Driver Light (Grade 16, 1 post, Tk. 21,900-52,900, class 8 plus valid license and 3 years' light-vehicle experience); Electrician (Grade 18, 1 post, Tk. 21,000-50,900, SSC plus Electrical Trade certificate, experience preferred); Photocopy Operator (Grade 18, 1 post, Tk. 21,000-50,900, SSC); Chainman (Grade 20, 2 posts, Tk. 20,000-48,400, class 8, experience preferred); Office Helper (Grade 20, 2 posts, Tk. 20,000-48,400, class 8, experience preferred); and Security Guard (Grade 20, 1 post, Tk. 20,000-48,400, class 8, experience preferred). Age limit is 18-32 years as of September 1, 2026. Application is online only via RDA's own recruitment portal at rdarajshahi.teletalk.com.bd. The application window closes October 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
