The Cash and Trade Processing Representative 5 is a role in Cross Border Payment Operations, responsible for processing remittance transactions. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cross-border remittance operations and assigned projects. In accordance with the relevant notices and circulars from the Bangladesh Banking Regulation and Policy Department (BRPD), all candidates for this role must fulfil all regulatory requirements, including the guidelines related to the banking professional examination and the foundational training.

দায়িত্ব

• Ensure smooth transactions of Cross Border Fund Transfer (CBFT) operations and prompt client service
• Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place
• Proactively co-ordinate to close any gaps in process
• Process FCY RTGS transactions and properly monitor the relevant queue
• Perform sanctions screening of related supporting documents to identify and mitigate risk associated with the transactions
• Ensure all Local Operating Manuals (LOMs) are properly followed and escalate and resolve required changes or identified gaps
• Ensure timely review of LOM/Product Control Functional Checklist (PCFC) and other activity as applicable
• Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
• Provide CBFT transaction related advisory support to customers after liaising with Product and RM
• Ensure timely reporting of CBFT transactions and timely submission of all reports
• Ensure appropriate deduction of TAX/VAT and deposit to the government exchequer within timeline
• Participate in Sanity Test/UAT test for CBFT related product processor
• Ensure knowledge sharing among team members
• Ensure coordination and completion of any project or assignment given by management
• Ensure Audit deliverables (Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Audit) on time

যোগ্যতা

• 2-3 years of banking experience
• Banking diploma as applicable per regulation
• Completion of foundation training with current bank
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• Fulfil all BRPD requirements, including the banking professional examination and foundational training guidelines
