SOOR is looking for a Business & Technical Solutions, Specialist to act as a bridge between business and technology teams by supporting business analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and implementation activities.

দায়িত্ব

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Support solution design and system integration activities.
• Conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Maintain solution and integration documentation.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
