ECRL is hiring a Business Development Senior Manager/Manager. Vacancy: 1. Age: 30-40. Experience: 7-10 years in Business Development in Banking/Insurance/Credit Rating sector. Location: Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Identify and capture market opportunities to grow the asset portfolio; acquire new corporate relationships while deepening and broadening existing ones to maximize wallet share
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of borrowers' business, financial health and industry through regular client visits
• Monitor the client portfolio proactively; identify early warning signals and drive recovery of due, overdue, classified and written-off accounts
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for senior management
• Guide and mentor Business Development Officers and ABDM in portfolio management activities and their day-to-day development

যোগ্যতা

• 7-10 years' experience in Business Development in the Banking/Insurance/Credit Rating sector
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing from a recognized and well-reputed university
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
• Hard-working, adaptable, able to work independently and proactively
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask
