Business Development Representative

Vynzo Media is looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow our client base in Bangladesh. This is a practical, client facing role. You will identify potential businesses, connect with decision makers, visit prospective clients, understand their marketing needs, introduce relevant Vynzo Media services, and develop opportunities into active business conversations.

Working arrangement: the role is hybrid. Research, lead development, follow up, reporting, and coordination can be handled remotely. Regular physical client and prospect visits across Dhaka are a mandatory part of the role.

Department: Business Development. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Salary range: 20k to 25k BDT + commission.

• Research and identify potential clients in Bangladesh
• Independently source and qualify leads
• Connect with business owners, marketing teams, and decision makers
• Regularly visit prospective and existing client offices across Dhaka
• Arrange meetings and introduce Vynzo Media's services
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable marketing solutions
• Maintain consistent follow up with prospects
• Develop and maintain a healthy business pipeline
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, audits, and client requirements with the internal team
• Maintain clear records of leads, visits, meetings, follow ups, and outcomes
• Build professional relationships that can develop into long term business opportunities

যোগ্যতা

• Practical knowledge of marketing and business development
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content, ATL, BTL, PR, campaigns, and activations
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confidence in approaching companies and meeting decision makers
• Ability to independently find and develop business opportunities
• Professional communication in Bangla and English
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow up skills
• Comfortable travelling across Dhaka for regular client visits
