XO Bangladesh is looking for a creative and energetic Content Executive to join its growing team at XO, a fast-growing mobile & IoT accessories brand - someone who can turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch, read, and share.

Job location: Dhaka, Bangladesh. Employment type: Full-time.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop creative content ideas for social media
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and product-focused content
• Assist in creating Reels, short-form videos and campaigns
• Work closely with the design, marketing and product teams
• Research trends and turn them into relevant content
• Support product shoots, campaigns, and other creative activities
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

যোগ্যতা

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation/marketing preferred
• Strong Bangla and English communication skills
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends
• Basic knowledge of video/content production is a plus
• Ability to write catchy, audience-friendly copy
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
