Flow is hiring a BIM/CAD Modeler with a focus on interior design and technical detailing in Riyadh. You will support the design and delivery of Flow projects across the MENA region, translating design intent into accurate, coordinated Revit BIM models and CAD documentation.

• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for high-end architectural and interior design packages.
• Produce interior design construction packages: furniture plans, floor finishes, reflected ceiling plans, power, lighting, plumbing, elevations and section details.
• Create detailed drawing packages for bespoke joinery, kitchens and furniture.
• Prepare and manage schedules for doors, windows, ironmongery and joinery.
• Interpret FF&E and material specifications and make sure items are coded, tagged and reflected in the Revit model and drawing sets.
• Coordinate interior elements with structural and MEP disciplines in the BIM environment.
• Maintain Revit families and templates in line with Flow's BIM protocols.
• Ensure drawings comply with local Saudi building codes and Flow's internal design standards.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience, with a proven record in interior design documentation and high-end real estate or hospitality projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience in BIM environments including model coordination, LOD 300-400 and shared common data environments.
• Strong understanding of furniture construction, millwork detailing and how stone, wood and metal interface in interiors.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino or SketchUp.
