- Behavioral Audiometric Evaluation: Selects and performs age- and condition-appropriate behavioral tests for pediatric and adult patients. These include Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA), Free-Field Audiometry, Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA), Pure-Tone Audiometry (air and bone conduction), extended high-frequency testing, and speech audiometry (SRT, WRS in quiet and noise).
- Retro cochlear Evaluation: Administers specialized tests (e.g., Tone Decay, SISI, PI-PB) to screen for retro cochlear pathologies.
- Central Auditory Processing: Performs basic central auditory processing screening tests (e.g., temporal processing, auditory figure-ground tasks) where applicable.
- Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE): Performs and interprets Distortion Product and Transient Evoked OAEs.
- Electrophysiological Testing: Conducts auditory evoked potential assessments such as ABR, ASSR, and ECochG as part of diagnostic protocols.
- Vestibular Assessment: Participates in vestibular testing (e.g., VNG, caloric testing, VEMP, vHIT, and post urography) as appropriate.
- Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivity Assessments: Administers tinnitus questionnaires and audiological tests including pitch/loudness matching, minimum masking level, and loudness discomfort level testing.
