AinPal is a full-service law firm based in Dhaka, advising businesses and individuals across Bangladesh on corporate and commercial transactions, employment and labour matters, civil and constitutional litigation, real estate, family disputes, banking and finance, and appearances before courts and tribunals. Position: Associate. Fresh LL.B. (Honours) and LL.M. graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with or without Bar Council enrollment/Sanad may apply. No prior experience is required. Office hours: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., six days per week (Saturdays generally flexible). Location: Topkhana Road, Paltan, Dhaka. Applicants must attach a CV and include a cover letter in the email body covering why they want to join AinPal, why they are a good fit, their professional goals for the next two years, and their expected salary. দায়িত্ব

• Draft agreements, petitions, written statements, notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist in client matters
• Review contracts and prepare legal analyses
• Support lawyers in corporate, commercial, employment, real estate, constitutional, and litigation matters
• Communicate with clients and assist in matter management
• Appear before Labour Courts, Judge Courts, and other subordinate courts where appropriate and desired
• Assist in Supreme Court matters and litigation support

যোগ্যতা

• Fresh LL.B. (Honours) or LL.M. graduate; with or without Bar Council Enrollment/Sanad
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Bangla
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Responsible, dependable and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
