Elementa is looking for an experienced and talented professional to join its team as Assistant Manager (R&D).

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory, pilot and plant trials.

- Develop and optimize food formulations.

- Handle ingredient applications and sensory evaluation.

- Support customer trials and product development.

- Prepare technical reports and documentation.

- Coordinate with Sales, QA/QC and Production teams.

Requirements:

- B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a relevant discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in R&D or product development.

- Practical experience in laboratory, pilot and industrial-scale trials.

- Strong knowledge of food ingredients and their applications.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
