Highland Agrotourism Limited is hiring a Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing. (Dhaka (DOHS Mohakhali)). Number of vacancies: 10. See the responsibilities and requirements below for what the employer is looking for.

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Promote only Company-approved Signature Shares, membership units and other authorized BOOTCAMP offerings.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and corporate outreach.
• Conduct presentations, negotiate within approved terms and convert leads into verified sales.
• Coordinate timely customer payments through authorized Company channels.Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct structured follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate prospective customer visits to the project site and communicate approved project information.Corporate & NRB Marketing
• Develop relationships with corporate organizations, professional groups and institutional prospects.
• Arrange corporate meetings, promotional presentations and events.
• Build an organized NRB/expatriate customer database and conduct virtual meetings and follow-ups.Marketing & Reporting
• Support campaigns, digital promotions, market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly lead, sales, booking and collection reports.
• Monitor conversion rates, maintain sales forecasts and provide customer feedback to management.Team Coordination & Compliance
• Support team performance, coaching and coordination with other departments.
• Comply with approved pricing, contracts, incentive policies and customer disclosures.
• Do not promise unauthorized benefits or guaranteed financial returns.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based Startup, Real Estate, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Development Agency, Real Estate Startup
• Age 28 to 40 years
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, organized and capable of managing customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
• Professional integrity, accountability, teamwork and willingness to travel to project locations.
