Lead the Shift (24/7): Act as the main person in charge during day, evening, and night shifts. I keep our front desk, billing, appointments, and call center running smoothly, manage staff rosters, and coordinate with doctors and nurses so operations never miss a beat—even after hours.Support Patients & Families: Step in personally to calm tensions, resolve tough complaints, and make sure every patient is treated with genuine warmth and empathy. I actively listen to feedback and fix issues on the spot.Coach the Team: Guide and support our customer care staff through stressful moments, mentor new hires, track shift performance, and help the team communicate with confidence and care.Handle Operations & Admin: Keep a close eye on billing accuracy, cash handling, and patient records, while providing clear shift handover reports to management and taking on ad-hoc leadership tasks as needed.

• Masters
• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chamber, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Physiotherapy center
• Age At least 27 years
• Only Male
• 3 to 5 years working Experience in a reputed hospital is preferred
