It is looking for a high-performing Business Growth Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships and unlock new commercial opportunities. The role suits a commercially driven professional who combines strategic thinking, persuasive communication and strong business development capability. Work location is the head office in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

দায়িত্ব

• Identify, pursue and secure high-value business partnerships and new client opportunities
• Develop and present compelling, executive-level proposals aligned with the firm's professional, minimalist and data-driven identity
• Identify untapped markets, explore new revenue streams and develop strategic commercial opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, corporate decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, conversion and sustainable business growth

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a relevant discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to turn complex business insights into persuasive presentations and proposals
• Demonstrated understanding of business development, lead generation, client acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude
