• Execute leaf growing and buying activities for volume, quality, and sustainability goals
• Build farmer partnerships through training and technical support
• Lead and develop Field Technicians in best practices
• Drive agronomy, crop management, and soil fertility initiatives
• Manage agricultural input distribution and farmer support programs
• Execute leaf buying operations with attention to quality, pricing, grading, and compliance
• Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives including afforestation
• Promote health and safety culture in field operations
• Develop effective relationships with farmers, government agencies, and communities

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, botany, forestry, soil science, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of crop management and sustainable farming practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven team leadership and development ability
• Willingness to live and work in rural locations
