Dispatch Pro Global is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its team as an Assistant Dispatcher at its Sonargaon, Narayanganj office. Candidates with strong English communication skills who are comfortable with computers and technology and want to work with international clients are invited to apply. This is a full-time, office-based position in Sonargaon, Narayanganj; remote or work-from-home applications will not be considered. Weekly holiday: Sunday.

দায়িত্ব

• Assist with daily dispatching and transportation operations.
• Communicate with international clients, drivers, and team members.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, loading, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor transportation activities and provide operational updates.
• Maintain records, update spreadsheets, and manage relevant documentation.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Support the dispatch team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

যোগ্যতা

• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Basic to good computer and technology skills are required.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous dispatching or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates with backgrounds in transportation, logistics, customer service, or international communication will receive preference.
