GE HealthCare, a global medical technology and digital solutions company, is hiring an Area Service Manager in Dhaka. The role has end-to-end ownership of a designated customer territory, covering customer management, workforce development and optimisation, safe and compliant service delivery and support for commercial opportunities. It calls for strong people leadership, operational judgment and the ability to manage service delivery while meeting customer and business expectations.

• Act as the single point of contact for customers and resolve concerns across the assigned region, product or coverage area
• Build knowledge of the territory, product lines and installed base and connect customers with the right internal functions
• Maintain customer relationships to provide ongoing technical and business support across the geographic area
• Own service delivery for the area, ensuring it is safe, compliant and in line with customer and business expectations
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring, staffing, performance management and workforce optimisation
• Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute business policies and strategies and solve complex service challenges
• Coach less experienced team members and lead projects with defined risks and resource needs
• Support commercial opportunities in the area by partnering with stakeholders and engaging customers

যোগ্যতা

• Advanced experience in services and customer service management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, team management and talent development
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery within an assigned territory or area
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse issues, exercise sound judgment and work across functions
