FLIGHT X BD AVIATION is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Ticketing & Reservation Expert to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservation systems, international and domestic ticketing, fare calculations, and ticket issuance.

দায়িত্ব

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and ticket issuance.
• Work proficiently with Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo (Travelport).
• Manage ticket reissues, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Perform fare calculations, ticket pricing, and fare rule interpretation.
• Handle PNR creation, ticketing, and reservation management.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and B2B travel partners.
• Provide professional customer support and resolve ticketing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely service delivery.

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in air ticketing and reservations.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major GDS platform.
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international airline fares and ticketing procedures.
• Experience handling reissue, refund, void, cancellation, and ADM-related cases.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
