Quantigo AI is hiring AI Data Labeling Assistants to review annotators' work, ensure quality and identify their strengths and weaknesses. The assistant must understand project guidelines and requirements clearly. The role reports to the Manager, Service Operations and is contractual, based in Sector 3, Uttara, Dhaka, six days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the office; Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from home; 09:30 am to 06:30 pm). Candidates must have their own laptop (Core i3, 8 GB RAM, desktops not accepted).

দায়িত্ব

• Analyse and review annotators' output against guidelines and standards and provide feedback
• Identify annotators' strengths and weaknesses and report areas for coaching to the Delivery Lead
• Identify guideline ambiguities and edge cases for each project and communicate them to the Delivery Lead and Project Management team
• Collaborate with management to keep quality assurance and annotation standards updated
• Keep an up-to-date record of individual annotators' quality performance
• Participate in team briefings to understand project guidelines and requirements
• Prepare the Quality Assurance process as per project requirements
• Perform ad-hoc daily tasks including annotations, training and onboarding new annotators

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (undergraduates must be final-year students)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Start-up experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Highly organised, motivated team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own laptop (not desktop) with Core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM, fully functional
